Services and Care Packages
Domiciliary Care
Domiciliary care refers to different services offered to support individuals in the comfort of their homes. This range of services includes household chores, making meals, running errands, personal care, administering medication, and companionship. Aspyre provide multidimensional home care to patients of all ages and accept referrals privately and through the Local authority.
Personal Care
Aspyre provides personal care supporting people in their homes (or where they’re living at the time) with things like washing, bathing or cleaning themselves, getting dressed or going to the toilet. This may also shaving, oral hygiene and nail care. continence management – toileting, catheter/stoma care, skin care, incontinence laundry and bed changing.
Semi Independent
Semi-independent living is a way that allows young people and adults to take steps towards independent living after leaving in an alternative care setting, while still receiving some support. Aspyre supported living homes for semi independent service users aim to provide a nurturing environment for service users to develop independent living skills.
Collaboration
We work closely with the Local authority to develop support plans and moving on plans for the future depending on the needs of the service user.
How we support our users
Our support staff provide support to the vulnerable young people to help them to achieve better outcomes through education, training and skills that would enable them to live independently. The young people we accommodate, and support have varying needs. All needs are assessed against our needs assessment and the matching risk assessment of the young people currently in placement.
Supported Living
Aspyre supported living homes provide accommodation and support for low, medium and high risk service users. We take a person centred approach when assessing and planning for individuals.
Specific needs
The needs in each home varies however each home will have similar health needs, such as a substance misuse problem or a particular disability or mental health need. Service users will also take part in weekly key work sessions, activities, outings and work and Trianon opportunities.
Mental Health
mental health refers to anyone’s state of mental, emotional well-being, mental illnesses are diagnosed conditions that affect thoughts and behaviors. Aspyre promotes positive mental health and aims to support service users to manage mental health needs on a daily basis.

Aspyre one to one roles is to provide one to one nursing, observation or supervision care to an individual service users for a period of time. This support is often referred to as One to one and varies depending on needs.
